The engineer who learned to read people.
How curiosity, not a career plan, shaped a leader.
Ask Srikanth Kalyanasundaram to describe himself in one word, and he does not reach for a job title. He calls himself dynamic. Over three decades spanning shop floors, boardrooms, and classrooms, he has been a mechanical engineer who chose people over machines, an HR leader who never lost the engineer's instinct for process, and a mentor who insists he learns as much from students as they learn from him. His twelve-week experiential programme helps young people bridge the gap between classroom expectations and workplace reality, using a skill matrix that makes the gap between where a student is and where they want to be visible and actionable.

Degrees prove knowledge. Placements demand something more.
Students leave campus technically capable but often unprepared for the interview room and the first ninety days on the job, the etiquette, the communication under pressure, the composure. That gap is exactly what employers screen for, and exactly what a lecture cannot fix. It has to be practised.
Mindful Professional 360°
A structured, twelve-week journey across six pillars, combining professional skills, leadership, and emotional resilience through live practice and corporate simulation, not slides.
Professional Excellence
Corporate etiquette, business communication, and presentation, the everyday signals that mark someone as ready.
Career Readiness
Resume and LinkedIn, mock interviews, group discussions, and structured problem solving.
Leadership Skills
Critical thinking, decision making, and teamwork practised in real scenarios, not theory.
Emotional Intelligence
Self-awareness, giving and receiving feedback, and managing pressure in high-stakes moments.
Mindfulness Practices
Focus and composure that turn interview anxiety into calm, credible performance.
Corporate Simulations
Boardroom, client, and crisis scenarios, gamified, so students rehearse the job before they get it.
Human-led. AI-augmented. Genuinely experiential.
Tools can drill answers. They cannot replicate a room full of peers reacting in real time, a mentor reading the moment, or the muscle memory built by doing the hard thing under pressure. That is where confidence is actually made.
- Live simulations and role-play, facilitated by a senior practitioner
- Peer feedback and group dynamics that mirror a real workplace
- AI-based practice between sessions, so live time is spent on what only humans can teach

Meet Srikanth
Srikanth began his career as a mechanical engineer on the shop floor before transitioning to lead HR operations as Deputy General Manager at John Cockerill. With over two decades in HR leadership across manufacturing and engineering, he designs training programs using a recruiter's eye and a coach's perspective.
- Knows what recruiters screen for, from two decades on the hiring side of the table
- Lived the campus-to-corporate transition himself, from the shop floor into HR leadership
- Designs for practice, feedback and pressure, not lectures
- Delivers the sessions personally, with no associate handover
Awards, certifications and the full engagement history are on the portfolio.
